Rates and Accepted Payments
As of March 2023, I am not accepting new clients. Thank you for your interest though. Please visit my blog, there may be a topic of interest to you.
Therapy Session $175.oo for a full 60 minutes. I do prorate for sessions that go over or under 60 minutes. For a 30 minute session, I charge $125. I have a sliding scale if you are unable to pay my full fee, which we discuss during our initial contact. As always, we first have a brief phone conversation to see if we are a good fit.
My practice is private pay only, which means that I ask you to pay me directly at the end of each session. I will send you a universally accepted insurance form with all the necessary codes, which you then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
I accept all major credit cards, as well as health savings accounts. Payment is processed through my Square payment portal.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
