I am in private practice in Jackson, Wyoming. My therapeutic focus is positive psychology, the science of how people thrive. When people contact me for help, they want to find meaning and purpose in their lives, have better relationships, and have a more defined sense of self. People want to feel more comfortable in their own skin and discover their ‘best self.’
Good therapy is not just about techniques and treatment protocols, it is the connection you have with your therapist and her/his skill and experience. It needs to be a good fit between client and therapist. Can your therapist relate to your pain and do you trust this person with your well-being? Psychotherapy is complex and nuanced, your therapist needs to be sensitive and knowledgeable about your issues.
Currently, I am only offering telepsychology health services (video and/or phone) for Wyoming residents. I use the Doxy.me platform which is very user-friendly and HIPAA compliant. You don’t need to download any special software, just type in my Doxy address (which I provide). You will wait in a virtual waiting room until our scheduled time. You can use your laptop or smartphone for video sessions, whatever is most convenient.
